A flourishing work environment…

Servant Solutions recently invested in training and education for employees through Healthy Growing Leaders and the TeamFIT™ program.

 “Servant Solutions is committed to cultivating a healthy, flourishing work environment,” stated Jim O’Bold, President of Servant Solutions. “We believe that employees who understand one another and value each other’s different strengths and weaknesses are better positioned to fulfill our mission of Serving Those Who Serve.”

Through TeamFIT™, each employee completed a series of TrueWiring™ assessments to identify each individual’s work styles, preferences, and values.  Each member then debriefed with Dr. Greg Wiens of Healthy Growing Leaders to interpret their results.  Finally, the full staff of Servant Solutions met with Dr. Wiens for an extended training session to learn each team members’ roles and responsibilities across the organization. Staff members walked away with a thorough understanding of their place on the team and an appreciation for the need to work within their God-given strengths as they support the God-given weaknesses of those with which they work.
