Give Your Team Peace of Mind

The people who work for Christian nonprofits are motivated by something deeper than a paycheck. They show up for the mission every day, often accepting a lower wage in exchange for meaningful work and impact.

Your team chose purpose over profit. We make sure their financial future reflects the value of their work.

Serving Those Who Serve Since 1949

We were founded on a single, enduring conviction: the people who serve others deserve to be served in return. For over 75 years, we have walked alongside nonprofit ministry organizations, understanding their unique challenges, their limited resources, and their deep commitment to Kingdom work.

We are a nonprofit ourselves, endorsed by the Church of God (Anderson, IN), and our entire model is built to serve organizations like yours.

Trusted Stewardship. Protected Futures. Eternal Impact.

How it Works

A Retirement Plan Built for Nonprofits

The Servant Solutions Retirement Plan is a 403(b)(9) church plan, a defined contribution plan specifically designed for churches, ministry organizations, and their employees. If your Christian nonprofit shares common religious alignment and convictions with the Church of God (Anderson, IN), you are likely eligible to participate.

Plan Type

A 403(b)(9) defined contribution church plan, purpose-built for ministry, not adapted from corporate retirement frameworks.

Who Can Participate

All employees of qualifying Christian nonprofit organizations are eligible, unless specifically excluded by the employer. This includes full-time, part-time, and bi-vocational workers.
