Your Situation

Best Starting Point

I want a comprehensive, personalized plan

Prefer to start on your own terms? This self-directed tool helps you assess your retirement readiness and identify next steps at your own pace.

Best for: members who want a quick, independent snapshot of where they stand.

I want to learn at my own pace

I want to connect with other ministry leaders

Sometimes the most powerful conversations happen peer-to-peer. Stewardship Circles bring ministry leaders together for facilitated group discussions around financial stewardship and biblical money management.

I'm early in my ministry career

Entering ministry is a significant step. CARE provides early-career pastors with personalized financial guidance and the support they need to build a stable financial foundation from the start.

What to Expect in Your First Conversation

Your first conversation with a planner is straightforward and pressure-free. We start by getting to know you and your current financial situation, your goals, and the questions that have been on your mind. From there, your planner will help you identify which planning option fits your needs best and walk you through simple, clear next steps.

There is no sales pitch, no obligation, and no jargon. Just a genuine conversation with someone who cares about you.

Here’s what typically happens:

1

You share your situation.

We listen no forms, no pressure, and no checklist to rush through.

2

We identify your priorities.

Together, we clarify what matters most right now and what can wait.

3

We recommend a next step.

Whether that’s beginning the Financial Roadmap or pointing you to a self-directed resource, you’ll leave the conversation knowing exactly where to go next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Financial planning through Servant Solutions is provided at no cost to members. Our goal is to remove every barrier between you and the guidance you need.

Most financial advisors are not equipped to handle the specific complexities of ministry compensation: housing allowances, self-employment tax on clergy income, denominational retirement structures, and more. Our planners specialize in these areas and approach every plan through a lens of biblical financial stewardship.

The Financial Roadmap is a structured, collaborative process. You’ll begin with an initial conversation to understand your current situation and goals, followed by a deeper planning session where your planner builds a personalized roadmap. From there, you’ll have the support and resources to stay on track.

That’s what we’re here for. Reach out, and we’ll help you figure out the best starting point based on where you are in life and ministry.

Some services are available exclusively to Servant Solutions members, while others are more broadly accessible. Contact our team to learn what’s available to you.

Most initial conversations run between 30 and 45 minutes. You won’t need to prepare anything in advance; just come ready to share where you are and what’s on your mind.
