Employees receiving taxable income from a participating church are eligible for the retirement plan and can invest in Age-Based LifeFunds or build their own portfolio with a menu of outstanding individual mutual funds.
Contributing is simple and there are no costs to the local church or ministry for participation.

Global Services Network (GSN) was created in 2007 to provide necessary administrative structure for missionaries living in restricted-access countries. Since then, the network has grown and expanded, encompassing a wide range of mission endeavors around the world. GSN is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

Servant Solutions recommends that Global Service Network, as the employer, provide a benefit through making employer contributions to strengthen the employee’s financial future. Employees are also encouraged to make contributions of their own.
